It works really simple. If you are looking for a room, flat, house, unit, studio or any other type of accommodation in Gold Coast, or if you are looking for a flatmate to move in with you, you can just browse the listings and check out the available Ads or you can easily place an Ad and wait for other members to contact you.

If you are just looking for a room, you should take the following steps:
1 - Sign Up
2 - Create a profile for yourself (with basic details as name, smoking habits...)
3 - Create a "find a room Ad"

If you are looking for a roommate, you should take the following steps:
1 - Sign Up
2 - Create a profile for yourself (with basic details as name, smoking habits...)
3 - Create a "find a roommate Ad"

If you are a real estate agent, a student agency, or a private organization with several rooms, flats, houses or units to rent:
If you have only a few properties or rooms to rent (less than 10) we recommend you to take the following steps
1 - Sign Up
2 - Create a profile for your agency
3 - Create several "find a roommate Ads" depending on your need.
In case you have more that 10 items to advertise, you should contact us, let us know about your properties and we will help you advertise your properties here as quick as possible.

Usually it takes less than 24 hours until your Ad appears on-line. If your Ad doesn't get approved, you will receive an email explaining why your Ad has been rejected.

All Ads posted in this website are free till further notice.

You Ad will be accessible to public. Only approved members may see the details of Ad (contact details...).

It depends. If you need to post more than 10 Ads, you have to contact us and get approval from site admin.

You can control your Ads from control panel link on the left column.

Yes you can but you have to contact us before hand and let us know about the location of your property.

9. What should I do if I already found a roommate? back to top

You should de-activate your Ad from control panel.

10. Why do I need to sign up and create profile? back to top

You must sign up and be an approved members so you can access other members Ads and profile details.
The details in Ads you post are retrieved from your profile, so you must have a profile to create an Ad.

You can contact other members by sending them messages through the website. If the members set their profile to accessible to public, then you may see their email, phone.
