We have a 4 bedroom house in Parkwood only 10 minutes walk to Griffith Uni and bus at door. Our daughter lives there while she is studying at Griffith. The friends she was sharing with have all dropped out of Uni this year so we have 3 rooms available -2 double and 1 single. All available furnished. Our daughter is loads of fun but serious about her studies and is looking for someone who is like-minded or at least able to respect that sometimes fun has to wait.
