Looking for a Roomie!
 
I'm a 23 yr old pharmacist who has recently purchased a fully renovated 2 bed 2 bath unit in surfers paradise about 1km north of caville ave and 50m to the beach.
The apartment complex has been fully renovated, has a good pool area with communal bbq's (which the apartment overlooks), half tennis court, and usable rooftop area with shade and bbq's that has great beach views.

Looking to rent one bedroom out and they get their own bathroom with that. I'm an easy going, fun loving person and although I'm not picky with regards to age/gender of a roomate, we would need to get on well.

Rent excludes electricity and the bill would be split between us. contact me if your interested!
