Room in The Townhouse - 3 Bedroom Townhouse in highly sought after complex in Robina. The complex has a pool spa gym BBQ Area and Function Room. Modern furnishings and nice decor that would suite quite flat mates. The house is fully furnished .The Room - The room is partially furnished it has a single bed and double mirrored sliding wardrobe (with a shelf unit inside). The new occupant will share one bathroom that has a combined bath/shower. $160.00 per week (electricity included). The bed can be removed if you would prefer to bring your own. Your Room Mates - I am a 29 year old professional. I own the unit and I am a very tidy person This is a fairly quiet household. Iâï&iqu est;½ï¿ ;½m a genuinely nice friendly person who works hard and likes to come home and relax. The other roomies (3 nights a week) are my parents that work 3 days a week up here, than return to Ballina where they live. We are social however enjoy our own privacy. my Ideal Flatmate - Would be very respectful of other peoples belongings and privacy.. Quiet students or alternatively people who like a quiet/calm home life would be suitable. People that can be neat & tidy :) Notes: I have a empty bar fridge that can be used for food . Parking isnâï&i quest;½ï&ique st;½t great in the complex however I have a single garage that can be negotiated (I donâï&i quest;½ï&ique st;½t drive)and there is limited visitor car parks in complex - other than that the parking is on the street. Public transport on Robina is awesome the bus stop going in both directions are literally at the end of my street. The train station is a 20 minute walk. Two weeks rent in advance is required and two weeks rent as BOND held for security. Give me a call with questions or to set up a time for inspection.
