We are a family home with a four year old an 18yr and 19yr old girls , we have two dogs and a cat and live on 2 acres home is large with two bathrooms huge living areas and beautifull kitchen we have our own pool and tennis court . We are looking for someone who is neat and tidy and child friendly , the room available has its own entrance with lock , its is bigger than a normal room has air con queen bed a couch and tv wardrobe plus a cupboard it also has a back sliding door as well. there is also a car space . rent is $180 pw that includes internet and electricity . we are 2mins from westfield helensvale and 10-15 mins from southport.
