Looking for Easy Going Flatmate
 
Looking for an easy going, reliable flatmate to share our 4br house. Room to rent is a double with large wardrobe and use of seperate main bathroom.

the house is fully furnished with 2 seperate living areas. We are a young (25) professional couple (Electrician and secretary) very easy going, have fairly quietish week nights and enjoy the social times with BBQs etc in the weekend. There is only one small catch... our dog Cruz.

The house is walking distance to Griffith uni and close to Smith street motorway.
